In compliance with the provisions pursuant to and for the effects of art. 13 D. Lgs 30 June 2003, Distretto Ligure delle Tecnologie Marine S.c.r.l., Via delle Pianazze, n. 74, 19136 La Spezia (hereinafter, the “Company”), in its capacity as data controller, hereby informs users requesting information through this portal on what the purposes and methods are of processing personal data, the scope of communication and dissemination, in addition to the nature of the contribution
PURPOSE
The data collected from users, spontaneously provided by them, object of the treatment, are processed and used directly to evade requests advanced from the same, and for all those that are normally preliminary and consequential to the management of the same.

In particular, according to art. 7 the interested party can obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication is in intelligible form. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication: a) of the origin of the personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of processing; c) of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) of identifying details of the holder, of the supervisor as well as of designated representatives according to article 5, paragraph 2; e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated to or who can learn about them as an appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents. The interested party has the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data mayhave been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment is proven impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him / her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
